With Super Bowl Sunday coming up this week, the only way for me to stay on program is to find healthy alternatives to all the unhealthy snacks, while still trying to please the people we are celebrating with. They don’t need to know that the snacks are healthy, only I do! I know that’s sneaky but most people can use to lose a pound or two (hehe).

I know it is way beyond the Superbowl time but I really like these recipes. They’re great for entertaining and I’ve been looking for a good alternative to the high fat and calorie buffalo chicken dip.
You can really use them anytime.
There are great snacks. I have just learned recently that you can eat great things while on Weight
Watchers.
You can pretty much eat anything, but sometimes I don’t make all the right choices. I try to weigh my options like if 3 cookies is 4 points when I could have a salad to fill me up, sometimes I will go with the cookies, lol.
I’m not on weight watchers but these all look so good!
That’s why no one would even know these were low calorie.
I want to try all of them! I didn’t know you could eat such appealing foods when you were on weight watchers! I’m going to have to try it
You can eat anything as long as it’s in moderation, which is my problem
I can get behind anything diet that says cookies are good for your diet. LOL.
Yeah, but my problem is eating just one, lol
