  • 2 slices light whole wheat – 2
  • 1 TBS. ICBINB – 1
  • Fresh Fruit – 0
  • Beverage of Choice ( water, diet, black coffee, etc) – 0
Dinner
  • Onion Dijon Pork Chops – 7
  • Idahoan Potatoes – 1/2 cup – 3
  • Green Beans – 1/2 cup -0
  • Beverage of Choice ( water, diet, black coffee, etc) – 0

Dessert

  • Luigi’s Italian Ice – 3
Snack
  • light microwave popcorn – 1 cup – 1
