  • 1 slice Weight Watchers American Cheese – 1
  • Light Hamburger  Bun – 2  (regular HB bun is 3)
  • Lettuce/Tomato/Cucumber Salad – 0
  • 1/4  cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese – 1
  • 1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – 1
  • 2 Tbs. Fat Free Italian Dressing – 0
  • Fresh Fruit – 0
  • Beverage of Choice ( water, diet, black coffee, etc) – 0
Dinner

Dessert

Snack
  • light microwave popcorn – 3 cups – 3
