  • Meatball Sub:
  • Hoagie Roll (I use Martin’s) – 6
  • 6 meatballs – 6
  • 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce – 2
  • 1/4 cup fat free shredded Mozzarella Cheese – 1
  • Fresh Fruit – 0
  • Beverage of Choice ( water, diet, black coffee, etc) – 0
Dinner
  • Mexican Meat Loaf – 7
  • Green Beans – 1/2 cup – 0
  • Beverage of Choice ( water, diet, black coffee, etc) – 0

Dessert

  • 1/2 cup ice cream – 4
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries – 0
  • 1 tsp. fat free whipped topping – 0
Snack
  • Cheeze Its’s – 7 crackers – 2
