Sometimes you know I just don’t feel like cooking.  Since I am the only one in my house that does, it just gets tiring.  I just happened to come across Delivery.com for those times.  Never heard of it you say!  Well, it’s an online one stop place that connects you to local favorite restaurants that offer convenient delivery and pickup options.

I’m sure you heard me talk about my mom who is 92 and lives up in NY while I live down in Florida.  She doesn’t like to cook too much for herself anymore so I can purchase a gift card for her and she can order from any of the restaurants that are listed and have it delivered right to her door.  Rather than getting her a gift card for an individual restaurant, this is so much more convenient because she isn’t limited to that one restaurant.  Take for instance if I bought her a gift card for Pizza Hut and she doesn’t feel like she is in the mood for pizza but wants Chinese, she can look up on Delivery.com for a Chinese restaurant on the list.  And wala, her tastebuds will be satisfied.

They are adding more and more restaurants daily to the list and you can check which ones are available in your city by going here!  I think it’s also great if you are going on vacation and a lot of people don’t like to carry that much cash with them.  You can order your gift card and use while on vacation.

Everybody is looking to save money these days right?  They have a few perks going on too.  Once you sign up, you can get 25% off your first order for new customers and 10% off for existing customers.  Also, you earn points when you order and you can use them to obtain prizes like gift cards or donate to your favorite charity on the list.

I think it’s a great idea.  I know a few restaurant owners and I am going try and talk them into getting added on the list. It’s free for them to join so why not get your business on the list.   They also have and iPhone and Android App so you have it right in the palm of your hand (literally).

My rating for Delivery.com is   4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and that is only because they need to add more restaurants to the list.
