I was given the opportunity to review SuperFoods Snacks. I have been wanting to try them because they are an organic raw chocolate superfood. It helps to give you energy and I can surely use that. They are made in Hawaii on the island of Kauai.
I received the following:
Raw Chocolate Energy Nuggets, each featuring a different assortment of SuperFoods and Raw Chocolate! I received 1 Brazilian Chocolate Ecstasy, our tropical blend. Chocolate Goji Treats, the flavor that started it all, our 5 element blend. Green Chocolate Dream, our Green Super Food Blend, and Chocolate Cherry Qi, our Cherry Clarity blend.
Because of my Crohn’s Disease I do not absorb any nutrients and I am anemic, which means I am always tired, so I have to supplement with vitamins and any foods that help to energize me. That is their goal with SuperFood Snacks and I think they have succeeded. Usually half way through the day I really start to drag. That’s when I figured would be the best time to put them to the test.
There are about 6 in each package, so I started with 2 at a time. I found out that they really do energize you. I didn’t seem to need my afternoon nap. (Yes, I still need a nap).
I couldn’t tell the difference whether it was organic raw chocolate or regular chocolate. My favorite was the Chocolate Cherry Qi. They are a little bit heavier than normal chocolate but that really was the only difference. They went down really smooth.

I also found out that they won’t melt in your hand, they are made without Gluten, and that they are Vegan besides Organic. Sometimes it’s hard to find all those qualities in one item.
