I was given the opportunity to review 2 TriLight Health Products.  There were so many to choose from that it was hard to make a decision.  I finally chose Mother’s Choice IntestiCalm and Snooze EZ.

The Mother’s Choice IntestiCalm is an Herbal Supplement in case you don’t know, I have Crohn’s Disease and that can be a lot of stomach cramping and diarrhea.  It is listed under the pregnancy formulas but that doesn’t mean that only pregnant women can take it.

It is made from a formula designed to soothe the inflamed mucus membrane of the bowel, reduce intestinal cramping and provide mild astringent herbs to reduce excess liquid in the bowel.

Natural safe herbs are blended synergistically in an alcohol free glycerine base in purified distilled water. These herbs are extracted in a 14 day Tinctract Plus process that marries the herbs, brings out the potency and effectiveness of various healing properties of these organic and safe natural herbs.

The ingredients in it are Meadowsweet, German Chamomile, Slippery Elm, Ginger, Blackberry, Red Raspberry and Cinnamon in a base of Kosher Vegetable Glycerine and Reverse Osmosis Water.

What I like about it is the fact that it contains NO alcohol, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. Gluten Free and Vegan Formula.

How did it taste?  It actually wasn’t bad at all.  I was expecting one of those nasty tasting things where you have to hold your nose and drink it.  But I was pleasantly surprised. It had a sweet taste to it.

The suggested use is a teaspoon every bowel movement in conjunction with a mild diet of applesauce, barley water, carob powder; not to exceed 3 teaspoons daily.

I was able to take it without a problem and because I usually have severe cramping it did not make it go away completely (but nothing does) however it did seem to calm it down considerably.  I only took it a couple of times so I am not sure if the more you take it the more it will help, but I will continue to take it when I have a severe flare up.  I would recommend for you to try it if you have cramping or diarrhea.

The other bottle I ordered was Snooze EZ.  I have trouble sleeping a lot of the time.  I am a very anxious person and I will lay in bed just thinking about what needs to be done tomorrow or this week and so on.

Now, I am not one for taking any kind of sleeping medicine of any kind, so I was a little scared.  I took it the first night and it helped to fall asleep with out any problems.  When I woke up the next morning I didn’t feel groggy or anything.

The ingredients are all natural and include *Scullcap, *German Chamomile, Passion Flower, *Valerian, *Oatstraw and Linden Flower in a base of Kosher Vegetable Glycerine and Reverse Osmosis Water.

*Ingredients are Certified Organic.

Again it contains NO alcohol, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. Gluten Free and Vegan Formula.

And as with any herbal or over the counter medicines you should always consult  a health care practitioner, use 1/2 teaspoon (per 150 lbs) 30 minutes before bedtime to help induce a restful sleep that will not cause morning after hangover as does many sleep medications.

Now I wouldn’t take it every night but I would take it when I haven’t slept well for a few nights in a row.  This one tasted almost the same as the first one.   It has a sweet taste to it.

Would I recommend them?  Yes I would. My rating is 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
