It’s really simple to use too.  All you have to do is using the whitening gel and the small brush paint a healthy amount of whitening gel on each of the teeth you are whitening.

Yes, I am not photogenic.  After all the teeth have been painted, place the LED whitening tray in your mouth to protect the gel from coming off on your lips. Place the Light Transmitter against the trays and wrap your lips around the outer rim to hold it in place.
